Bred lite sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 en skiva br\u00f6d, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lager av matresterna och sedan en skiva ost. Sedan en till skiva br\u00f6d ovanp\u00e5 och stek i en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sgrill eller ett v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rn till br\u00f6det \u00e4r rostat och osten har sm\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n Filodeg r\u00e4ddad middan<\/strong><\/p>\n Jag har ofta filodeg hemma i frysen. Den \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbar i m\u00e5nga sammanhang. Hacka eller mixa matrester Pannbiffar\/vegobiffar<\/strong><\/p>\n Beroende p\u00e5 vad resterna best\u00e5r av brukar jag ibland g\u00f6ra sm\u00e5 pannbiffar av dem. Mixa resterna med n\u00e5got Pirogfyllning<\/strong><\/p>\n En egen favorit \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra piroger med de hackade resterna som fyllning. Blanda i lite ost och kryddor beroende p\u00e5 vad det \u00e4r f\u00f6r rester. N\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r piroger utg\u00e5r jag fr\u00e5n samma deg som n\u00e4r jag g\u00f6r paj. Lite smulig att jobba med men god.
